Amazon is hiring a Shift Assistant for its last-mile logistics operations in Tokushima City, Tokushima Prefecture. The role supports daily fulfillment-center operations, production management, on-site issue resolution, delivery-status coordination with delivery outsourcing partners, safety, quality, and efficiency improvement projects, and standard operating procedure development. It is shift-based, with 10-hour shifts including a one-hour break and a four-days-on, three-days-off schedule. Basic qualifications include work experience, operations-improvement experience, beginner-level Excel, business-level Japanese, and an AT-OK driver’s license; people-management, communication, intermediate Excel, teamwork, flexibility, and logical decision-making are preferred.
