Description
The NOC Assistant Engineer will support 24/7 monitoring and maintenance of China Telecom Americas’ transport and data networks, including the Los Angeles POP facility, HVAC, UPS, DC power, and fire-preaction systems. The role handles network alarms, carrier and customer trouble tickets, escalations, and coordination with carriers and global teams across different time zones. It requires a master’s degree in IT, engineering, computer science, or a related field, strong network knowledge, English and Mandarin communication skills, and availability for day, evening, and off-hour shifts.
