Securitas is hiring a full-time Facility Security Officer in Pardubice, Czech Republic, starting September 1, 2026. The role monitors cameras and alarm systems, records visitor and vehicle movements, responds to emergencies, and leads a shift team of approximately five employees. Candidates should have vocational education or equivalent, a clean record, facility-security or loss-prevention experience, knowledge of security technologies, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work rotating day and night shifts. The position offers hourly wages of CZK 150 plus a personal performance bonus, travel allowance, dry-cleaning, and statutory supplements.
