Oppdal Municipality is hiring a 100% permanent Shift Coordinator for its Shared Health Services unit, supporting the Home Nursing, Boas, and Sanatelltunet departments. The role plans and coordinates shift schedules and temporary staffing, manages vacation and public holiday schedules, maintains competency overviews, serves as a Visma Flyt superuser, and provides administrative support to department managers. The position requires knowledge of shift work and relevant legislation, Visma experience, IT skills, excellent Norwegian, a valid police certificate, and strong organizational and communication abilities. It is based in Oppdal and requires in-person attendance.
