Description
AFL is hiring a Team Lead to monitor, organize, and schedule daily manufacturing activities; coordinate associates; develop procedures and training; troubleshoot disruptions; maintain documentation and KPI metrics; support 5S and EHS activities; and provide performance feedback to management. The role requires at least two years of manufacturing experience, familiarity with manufacturing safety standards, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
