Description
Bosch is hiring a Shift Coordinator for its production facility in Aveiro to oversee logistics activities during the production shift and ensure safety, quality, production, and efficiency objectives are met. The role coordinates with engineering, maintenance, logistics, production, and other support areas; leads shift meetings and shift handovers; manages unplanned changes and rework; supports team development; and leads Shift Supervisors. The position requires logistics experience, preferably in an industrial setting, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP, knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, Portuguese, and availability for one of three production shifts.
