The role focuses on supervising and supporting team members, engaging children and families, leading activities and special programs, and also working as a party attendant. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, First Aid and Community CPR certification (or the ability to obtain it), and availability for varied morning, night, and weekend shifts.
