Description
The Franklin County Community Based Correctional Facility is hiring a full-time Shift Coordinator to oversee resident advisors and daily facility operations, safety, security, sanitation, scheduling, compliance, and incident response. The role reports to the Operations Manager, requires 12-hour rotating shifts including evenings and weekends, and offers $23 per hour. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid Ohio driver’s license, good communication and teamwork skills, and must pass a background investigation and drug screening; corrections and supervisory experience are preferred.
