LifeStream is hiring a Shift Coordinator to supervise program staff, support residential operations, maintain licensing and safety compliance, track entitlements and expenditures, ensure documentation and quality-assurance requirements are met, coordinate with clinical and service teams, and support community integration and employee morale. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, three years of Human Services experience, proven leadership, a CORI, negative drug screening, a valid driver’s license, a personal vehicle, flexibility for scheduled shifts, and a commitment to community inclusion.
