The role coordinates and leads port-terminal operations during real-time, shift-based control, overseeing equipment scheduling, safety, productivity, risk management, performance indicators, contingency decisions, handovers, and continuous improvement. It requires higher education, solid terminal operations experience, knowledge of quay, yard, gate, ship, container, IMO, reefer, OOG, and port safety processes, advanced English, and shift availability.
