Microsoft is hiring a Critical Environment Technician for its Cloud Operations & Innovation team in Acton. The role maintains and troubleshoots critical datacenter infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, controls, generators, and HVAC systems; responds to onsite incidents; performs planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance; uses CMMS and telemetry; and coordinates with facilities professionals. Applicants need a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent plus mission-critical services or applied-learning experience, or equivalent experience, and must be able to work nonstandard shifts. The position is open for at least five days with ongoing applications until filled.
