Description
Biffa is hiring a Shift Electrical Technician for its West Sussex MBT/AD facility. The role covers reactive machinery breakdowns, planned preventative maintenance, engineering, process improvements, electrical fault diagnosis, PLC and controls work, and compliance and H&S standards. The position pays £49,183.68 per annum, rising to £52,612.56 after a successful three-month probation, and follows a 4-on-4-off shift pattern from 0630 to 1830 and 1830 to 0630. Applicants should be electrical qualified and competent, ideally have an HNC in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, and have experience in manufacturing, industrial, or automated maintenance environments.
