Description
The Shift Engineer performs general maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, meeting spaces, front-of-house areas, kitchens, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. The role also handles preventive maintenance on major equipment and systems using a window-based computer system. Ability to read blueprints and schematics and basic troubleshooting skills are preferred, while good communication skills are necessary. A minimum of three years of building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred.
