The Shift Engineer supports the Engineering Department at Hyatt Centric Melbourne by operating plant machinery, performing maintenance and repairs across front-of-house and back-of-house areas, inspecting public areas and plant operations, assisting other trades, coordinating contractors, and responding to guest and colleague requests.
