Description
The Hotel Maintenance Technician will provide professional guestroom, public-area, and heart-of-house service and repair; perform minor equipment repairs, HVAC servicing, filter changes, plumbing, caulking, and bathroom fixture work; conduct pool testing and chemical balancing; inspect and maintain facilities and equipment; assist guests with hotel equipment; and participate in environmental and sustainable operations. The role requires maintenance experience, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, guest-service ability, mechanical aptitude, English proficiency, and availability for varied shifts, including weekends, overtime, and holidays. Full-time and part-time permanent status colleagues are offered, with full-rate pay of $36.71 per hour after 90 days of service.
