Description
The role leads injection-molding production startups and changeovers, troubleshoots the molding process, plans resin and tool changes, supports continuous improvement and new-tool validation, prepares production and scrap reports, maintains ISO and GMP documentation, and performs general equipment and safety tasks. The position requires shift work, clean-room and safety knowledge, and experience with injection molding, post-molding operations, process development, validation, CAPA, and material handling.
