Description
Micron is hiring a Metro Real-time Defect Analysis (RDA) Shift Engineer to support stable, safe, and continuous operation of advanced packaging equipment during New Product Introduction and early-life production. The role responds to alarms and process deviations, performs root-cause analysis, supports equipment installation and qualification, monitors operational metrics, documents shifts, and collaborates with NPI, Process, Equipment, Automation, IT, and Global RDA teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 0–2 years of relevant semiconductor or advanced-packaging experience, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, and willingness to work 24x7 shifts.
