Description
The Shift Engineer maintains hotel equipment and building systems, including HVAC, washer/dryer, refrigeration, ice machines, swimming pools, exhaust fans, and central mechanical systems. The role performs inspections, repairs, coordination with hotel departments, and other engineering duties, with supervisory responsibilities. It requires a full-time flexible AM/PM shift from Sunday through Saturday including holidays, an associate's degree or equivalent, at least two years of upscale hotel experience, and a valid 2nd Class Engineer Boiler's License issued by the City of New Orleans.
