Description
Micron Technology is hiring a TD MDE Shift Engineer to support second-line shift operations, process stability, yield protection, safety, quality, and troubleshooting in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role coordinates with first-shift teams, HVM operations, process development, suppliers, and shift leads; manages shift issues and projects; supports wafer shipments, SWR execution, SPC, alarms, and tool/process performance; and uses data-driven analysis to resolve yield and quality problems. Candidates need an engineering degree or 3–4 years of wafer fabrication experience, knowledge of yield, defect mechanisms, process interactions, and relevant semiconductor systems, and must be flexible to work permanent day and night shifts.
