Description
Five Guys is hiring a Shift Leader to lead restaurant operations, work hands-on across cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining-room tasks, coach and train crew, maintain safety and brand standards, and manage breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. The role requires 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience, strong communication and decision-making skills, basic math and POS familiarity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, active kitchen environment; food safety certification is preferred. Pay starts at $18.00 per hour plus tips and bonus.
