Description
The Shift Leader leads restaurant operations during a shift, steps in to run operations when management is unavailable, performs cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining-room work, coaches and trains crew, maintains food safety and brand standards, and manages breaks, cash handling, and closing reports. The role requires 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience, strong communication, basic math, POS comfort, and a hands-on leadership style; food safety certification is preferred. Pay starts at $12.00 per hour plus tips and bonus.
