Description
Mars Petcare is hiring a Shift Lead for its Single Serve Line 8 manufacturing site in Columbus, Ohio. The role coordinates and directs production, packaging, and warehouse activities; manages equipment, staffing, production goals, quality checks, safety, and team communication; and provides on-the-job training. The position requires a high diploma, GED, or equivalent, at least three years of manufacturing experience, and proven team leadership. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with a starting pay of $33.36 per hour plus a $2 per hour shift premium.
