Description
The Shift Lead will supervise a team of drivers in transportation and logistics operations, monitor deliveries and fleet availability against KPIs, enforce operational standards, train drivers, handle incidents, prepare transport documentation, and support the CT Manager. The role requires a degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field, intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge, advanced logistics knowledge, prior team-management experience, shift availability including weekends, and strong communication skills. It is a CLT position with 44 hours per week, on-site in São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo, and includes meal, food, transportation, health, dental, life insurance, and Wellhub benefits.
