Amazon Logistics is hiring a Shift Lead to manage an on-site logistics team of up to 100 employees across early, late, or night shifts. The role leads team development, plans and manages daily operations, ensures occupational health and safety and environmental compliance, analyzes productivity and quality data, and collaborates with upstream and downstream departments and external stakeholders. Candidates need a completed university degree, advanced English and German skills, relevant data-analysis experience, and preferably logistics, leadership, stakeholder, Microsoft Office, or related experience.
