First Meridian Services is hiring a Shift Leader to support restaurant managers and ensure product quality, consistent service, guest satisfaction, safety, sanitation, inventory accuracy, and operational standards during scheduled shifts. The role requires cross-training across restaurant positions, availability for 8-hour shifts from 3 AM through closing, including Saturday and Sunday, and completion of airport security and background screening. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of restaurant experience, and must be at least 18 years old; ServeSafe certification is a plus. Starting pay is $18 per hour plus tips, with dental and vision insurance available after 60 days and health insurance available to eligible full-time employees after one year.
