Description
The Shift Lead supports and manages the store in the absence of the deputy store manager or store manager, advises customers, sells organic products, and ensures the flow of goods. The role requires retail, sales, or comparable experience, along with initiative, responsibility, a sales-oriented mindset, and careful working methods. Compensation is at least €15.00 per hour, with additional benefits including childcare subsidies, company pension schemes, staff discounts, a Deutschlandticket subsidy, and training opportunities.
