The Shift Lead assists the Domino’s Pizza General Manager by supporting store operations, maintaining standards, supervising employees, preparing and packaging pizzas, managing inventory and cash, and handling paperwork. The role requires customer service, adaptability, self-motivation, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work long, irregular hours.
