Description
DoorDash is hiring a Shift Lead for its DashMart local-fulfillment center. The role owns assigned shifts, supports warehouse and kitchen operations, maintains inventory and equipment, ensures order quality and customer satisfaction, trains and guides Operations Associates, and escalates daily operational issues. Candidates should have experience in food and beverage, warehouse, or retail environments, be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate a pallet jack and hand truck, have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, be at least 18, and be available for flexible shifts. The position offers a base salary of $19.80 USD, health, dental, and vision benefits, paid time off, sick leave, a 401(k) match, and other employee benefits.
