Description
The Shift Lead performs all Barista duties while leading the store environment, guest service, team communication, scheduling, cash handling, opening and closing, coaching, and operational compliance. The role requires a valid ServSafe certification or equivalent Food Handlers card, two years of barista experience, strong communication and math skills, basic computer and data-analysis ability, independent decision-making, and fluent English. The work environment is busy, warm, and may involve fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and loud noise.
