Description
The Operations team at an unnamed San Francisco robotics and physical AI company is seeking an onsite operations leader to manage daily robot data-collection and production-floor execution. The role supervises, schedules, trains, and develops hourly shift-based operators; owns team throughput and data quality; coordinates stations, props, staffing, and resources; communicates technical blockers and process issues to research, hardware, and software teams; maintains shift handoffs; enforces PPE and safe work practices; and drives real-time problem solving and continuous improvement. A bachelor’s degree in STEM, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience), 3–5 years in tech operations, manufacturing, or similar physical environments, and 2+ years managing hourly shift workers are requested.
