Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Residential Leader, also described as a Shift Leader, for Uta Halee Academy in Omaha, Nebraska. The role provides around-the-clock supervision and direct care for at-risk youth, oversees the work of Senior Coach Counselors, Coach Counselors, and Night Coach Counselors, and may participate in performance, reward, and discipline decisions. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a human services or related field, at least two years of experience working directly with at-risk youth in a residential, juvenile detention, or treatment setting, and a B-shift schedule of 3.5 days on and 3.5 days off. Starting pay is $50,000 annually for individuals with a bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, and paid time off benefits.
