Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Shift Leader for Uta Halee Academy in Omaha, Nebraska. The role provides around-the-clock supervision and direct care for at-risk youth, oversees the work of Senior Coach Counselors, Coach Counselors, and Night Coach Counselors, and may include performance, reward, and disciplinary decisions.
