Description
The Shift Lead directs store team members during assigned shifts in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers. The role oversees store opening and closing, employee performance, customer service, cash handling, inventory stocking, sanitation, safety, loss prevention, emergency procedures, vendor deliveries, and reporting. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, product knowledge, basic math and English communication skills, and be able to travel to multiple work locations. Full-time or team members averaging 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for medical, vision, and dental insurance.
