Vale is hiring a Shift Lead to own daily floor operations during assigned shifts, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and uphold hospitality standards. The role includes directing service, delegating tasks, addressing guest issues, monitoring inventory, creating and enforcing SOPs, and coaching staff. Candidates need U.S. work authorization, at least two years of café, food service, or hospitality experience, a food handler’s permit or ability to obtain one, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
