Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports store operations by opening and closing the store, managing cash and register transactions, coordinating deliveries and vendor orders, assisting with inventory, pricing, displays, bookkeeping, maintenance, pharmacy assistance, and regulatory compliance. The role also coaches team members, serves as a liaison between management and non-management staff, and completes assigned tasks. It requires one year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key-holder experience, English fluency, and preferably pharmacy or inventory-control knowledge; the stated salary range is $17–$20 per hour.
