Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports store operations by opening and closing the store, managing cash and register transactions, handling returns and refunds, coordinating vendor deliveries, maintaining inventory and pricing, assisting with pharmacy and bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role requires one year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key-holder experience, English fluency, and preferably pharmacy or inventory-control knowledge; it pays $19–$22 per hour.
