The role combines producing baked goods according to recipes and procedures with shift scheduling, workflow and handover control, onboarding and training employees, quality and quantity checks, cleaning, and temperature monitoring. The position requires completed baker or master baker training, initial team or shift leadership experience, craftsmanship, organization, flexibility, physical resilience, and teamwork.
