Blank Street is hiring a full-time Shift Leader to help operate and lead a cafe location. The role combines hands-on coffee preparation and customer service with player-coach responsibilities, including training new employees, opening and closing the store as a key holder, maintaining cleanliness, resolving minor customer issues, and leading operations and marketing initiatives to increase sales, foot traffic, profitability, and neighborhood customer loyalty. Candidates need customer service or hospitality experience, strong coffee and equipment knowledge, communication, decision-making, multitasking, and availability for 35 hours per week, including two peak days and shifts between 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.; UK work authorization is required.
