Blue Origin is hiring a Mission Operations Lead in Huntsville, Alabama, to lead technicians and operators during mission, test, and launch operations. The role plans and monitors shift coverage and work assignments, provides hands-on technical support for flight and ground systems, coaches team members, supports hiring and training, communicates risks to leadership, and drives safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
