Burgermaster, a locally owned and family-focused burger restaurant chain established in 1952, is seeking a passionate Shift Lead to join their expanding fast-casual dining operation. The successful candidate will assist managers in overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality food and service, enforcing company policies, managing staff schedules, optimizing food and labor costs, assisting with prep and cleaning, and acting as a central point of communication for the kitchen. This role requires excellent time management, customer service, and leadership skills, along with knowledge of kitchen procedures and familiarity with food handling regulations.
