Wayve is hiring a Shift Lead for its Fleet Operations team in Detroit, Michigan. The role leads a team of Vehicle Safety Officers during a 5x8 shift, managing schedules, performance, safety, quality, customer engagement, incident response, reporting, training, and continuous improvement. The position requires in-person availability for each shift, English fluency, leadership and communication skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. External candidates may also be evaluated on driving experience, a clean driving license, and insurance history.
