ABM is hiring a Shift Lead for a facility in Wilmington, Illinois. The role supervises daily janitorial and cleaning operations, delegates work, provides guidance, maintains building safety and cleanliness, operates specialized equipment, handles chemicals, supports general janitorial duties, and oversees quality and service requests. The position pays $18.50 per hour, works 10-hour shifts from 6:30 p.m. to 5 a.m., and follows a four-day work week with days to be determined. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have one year of similar work experience, one year of customer service experience, and one year of lead or supervisory experience.
