Madison Reed is hiring a full-time Shift Lead, Licensed Cosmetologist for its Hair Color Bar. The role leads the shift as manager-on-duty, supports front- and back-of-house operations, provides hair services and consultations, coaches and develops team members, and helps achieve sales and performance goals. Candidates must hold an active cosmetology license, have at least one year of colorist experience behind the chair and one year of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment, and be comfortable with point-of-sale systems. Compensation includes base hourly pay, commissions, and tips, with potential earnings of $45–$47 per hour for the location, plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
