Description
Flaschenpost is hiring a Shift Lead Logistics / Shift Supervisor to manage warehouse and last-mile logistics operations during early or late shifts. The role leads a team during live operations, oversees focus areas such as picking, returnable empties, and onboarding, monitors operational KPIs, maintains order and occupational safety, develops employees through feedback, and coordinates between the logistics lead and headquarters control room. Candidates need initial people-leadership experience in logistics or another operational environment, decision-making and prioritization skills, clear German communication, basic English, process-improvement ability, and willingness to work a two-shift system.
