Five Guys is hiring a Shift Manager for new restaurant openings in Indiana and Kentucky. The role performs all Crew Member and Shift Leader duties and directs daily restaurant operations when the General Manager is absent, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and compliance with company standards. The position pays $14-$16 per hour plus tips and bonuses, offers medical, dental, vision, and other benefits, and prefers 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
