Description
BD is hiring a Shift Leader for its third-shift manufacturing team in El Paso, Texas. The role leads and coordinates production activities, supervises 30 or more direct reports, and ensures safe, compliant, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of medical devices. Responsibilities include safety and EHS oversight, FDA, GMP, and ISO 13485 compliance, production performance monitoring, staffing, employee development, quality investigations, and Lean and continuous-improvement initiatives. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, and at least three years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FDA/GMP-regulated environment, is required.
