Description
The Shift Lead supports theatre management by coordinating staff, communicating goals, handling guest concerns, processing refunds and seating changes, maintaining terminal operations, and helping meet service and financial benchmarks. The role may also coach and train associates, assist with seat repair, inventory, and financial planning, and report to the General Manager. It requires at least six months of theatre-industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in an office and theatre environment; no minimum education is required, though a high school diploma or equivalency is preferred.
