Radienz Living is hiring a full-time, on-site Shift Lead to support daily production and operational activities in a manufacturing and packaging environment. The role assists the Shift Supervisor, coordinates workflow, verifies materials and equipment, supports employee training, resolves routine issues, and promotes safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The position requires knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, production processes, safety protocols, and quality inspection methods, along with the ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, or overtime. The stated pay range is $20.00–$24.30 per hour, and the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
