Spartech is hiring a Shift Lead/Supervisor in Stamford, Connecticut to lead and supervise an assigned production team in its acrylic-sheet manufacturing operation. The role manages staffing, training, scheduling, quality, equipment issues, production paperwork, SAP and E-Time data, inventory replenishment, performance appraisals, shift turnover, and plant housekeeping. It requires a U.S. high school diploma or GED, at least seven years of manufacturing leadership experience, strong English communication skills, and computer proficiency.
