Description

Rocket.net is hiring a remote Shift Lead Supervisor to lead a WordPress Support team while providing advanced technical support for WordPress, hosting, DNS, performance, and infrastructure issues. The role combines customer support, shift leadership, coaching and mentoring Support Engineers, monitoring support queues and service metrics, overseeing hosting infrastructure, coordinating infrastructure incidents, and improving support processes. Candidates need at least four years of WordPress support experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and familiarity with web hosting stacks, Linux, caching, DNS, and related technologies.

Knowledge of Redis, CDN, WAF, and page caching
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising a technical support team
